flashes of my life scene

these are my words that i've never said before i think i'm doing okay.

recalling...

year 2001.

he called at 12.
he seem so calm
and i'm filled with anxiety.

he asked me out to catch a movie.

i look at myself in the mirror
to make sure everything is alright,
my hands are sweaty
my knees are weak.
and
it has been an hour
and
i am still deciding what to wear.

yesterday.

there's nothing I can do,
i'm no longer nervous
and that i am now quite relaxed.
